We are Twisto, an international fintech which provides a financial and payment technology that simplifies people’s life and offer an innovative solutions for e-commerce. We have been on the Polish market for a short time, but we’re developing rapidly and looking for a new member of the team - eCommerce Account Manager.
Your key responsibility will be to ensure smooth implementation of our payment method on new merchants. You will also help to achieve clients’ business goals through optimal usage of our payment tool.
supervising the implementation of Twisto in the e-shops,
short analysis of shopping path and proposal of optimal use of our service, ensuring best positioning in the e-shops,
establishing marketing activities and promo actions with merchants,
monitoring and analyze merchants performance to achieve KPIs,
Your experience required:
min. 2 years of relevant experience: account manager/ sales/ online marketing team/ managing own e-shop,
ability to build client relationships,
great communication skills.
understanding of the e-commerce industry, following trends,
knowing and feeling basic UX design rules for e-shops,
self-driven, creative and open-minded,
fluent Polish and advanced English,
